  • What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Delivery charges are $4 to all Lebanese regions. Free shipping for orders above $100.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or cancelled as long as their status is marked as "Processing" in your DJ LAB account. Once the status changes to "Completed," orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    We accept returns under specific circumstances, including shipping the wrong product, product defects, damage during shipping, or product tampering. Claims for these reasons must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page or the courier's website for real-time updates.
  • What are your shipping options and delivery times?

    We offer local delivery within the UAE and regional delivery to all GCC countries. You can choose your preferred shipping service during checkout, and shipping fees, estimated delivery dates, and times will be displayed based on your choice. Typically, local deliveries take 1-2 business days, while regional deliveries to other GCC countries require 4-5 business days.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept major credit cards payments, and we accept cash on delivery for local orders only (inside Lebanon).
  • What if my item is out of stock?

    If an item is out of stock, you can join the waitlist to be notified when it becomes available again. Alternatively, explore similar products in our catalog.
    If you place an order for an out-of-stock item which was listed as in-stock by mistake, you will be offered a refund or a suggestion for a similar item. You will receive a call from our team to assist in this process.
  • How do I contact customer support?

  • What is your refund policy?

    Refunds will be considered under specific conditions, such as stock unavailability or discontinuation by the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued via the Original Mode of Payment, and claims for reasons other than those listed in our policy will not be accepted.
  • How do I create an account on your website?

    To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of the page. Follow the prompts to enter your information and create a password.
  • What should I do if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your address before completing the purchase.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos and details, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Can I return an item without the original packaging?

    To process a return, we require returning the item in its original packaging. However, if that's not possible, please contact our customer support team to discuss alternative arrangements.
